Damn yeah that’s the difference of the chiefs to everyone else. Even in a “bad” season they still just find ways to win. It’s incredibly annoying to watch the same team win all the time but it’s impressive

They were driving and decided “wait - too much time for Mahomes.” They stopped running their offense on the last drive and played to kick a field goal to…tie the game. 13 seconds haunts this team.
I'd like to know what happened with Diggs' downturn in the last 1/3rd of the season + playoffs. Dude was almost phased out of the offense entirely and his role turned into more of a Cole Beasley PPR frenzy with like 7 catches for 45 yards. Did the new OC not want him as involved?
I mean he certainly had his opportunity to be involved in that last game

Simple really. Mahomes is a much better finisher than Allen. Everybody says these teams would split 5 and 5 if they played ten times. It would be more like 10-0 Kansas City because the chances of Allen outplaying Mahomes down the stretch are nil.

This is a myth, and the difference is the Chiefs defense is top 5 in the league due to the draft picks and signings they made in the wake of the Tyreek Hill trade. Despite the narrative that the Chiefs offense is "broken", the Chiefs still finished with the 9th best offense in the NFL. Mahomes had 9 INTs off of catchable balls to receivers this year 9 INTs!!! Literally, if the Chiefs receivers catch the catchable passes they would have won 3-4 more games and been the undisputed 1 seed in the AFC headed into the playoffs. Mahomes also would have finished the regular season with over 5000 yards, over 40 TDs, and 5 INTs. If their receivers catch the ball they are one of the best offenses in the NFL, and now they have a top 5 defense to pair with it.
They're the worst Chiefs team precisely because the receivers don't catch the ball. Those aren't fluke plays, the receivers are just awful
@@pantherfanatic7 certain receivers have proven unreliable, but those receivers are no longer getting snaps. Changes the whole landscape and potential of their team.

The Bills are screwed unless Allen figures out how to catch his own passes.
This Mahomes team is a lot like Luka’s Mavs… 2 stars on the team and everyone else is incompetent. But in Lukas situation it’s like Mahomes playing with XFL players and a very incompetent coach.
Steelers fan here. I was cheering for Buffalo, even though I haven't liked the Bills since the early '90s. I have a ton of respect for Josh Allen and Bills Mafia. He left it all on the field and ya'll are some of, if not the very best fans in the league. This was a heartbreaker. Injuries certainly played a role and I hope you guys are back next season, but I'm worried the window is closing if it hasn't already.

Bills were playing for overtime. They didn’t take the W. They played it safe and got what they deserved.
I couldn’t believe it. They were playing like *they were up* or the game was tied. Bleeding the clock, playing to kick, slowing the offense down, and unnecessary shots to the end zone.
@@troyduffie3836 they had to score a TD there. Get Josh out on the run. Play action. Something. To be ok with a FG leaving 1:40 on the clock for Mahomes is wild. And if I’m not mistaken KC had 2 TOs left.
