Read about bump steer, the tie rods should be on the same plane as the control arms. also read about Ackerman angle.

I watched the 3 wheel Baotian 50 cc series. I loved watching the high speed editing, and the amount of work that you put into the project. and the time you took for detail filmed and edited. You left nothing out. I call that hard work. And I call it a polished production fit to watch.

You are very creative! But the steering will break very quickly, you need to make stronger tie rod ends and use thicker rods.

Svaka čast na urađenom poslu. Mali savet uzmi i ugradi disk kočnice i malo oko upravljača sredi to bolje neki sistem. To je sve što sam naveo savet da ne bude posle nešto loše...

Congratulations on a new world record for high speed cart building.
For a young Man with the obvious Skill and Know-How to do it RIGHT you are Rushing through a job that requires care and attention to detail you slapped together welds that will no doubt break on the first good bump for no reason other than speeding through this, and like Bob said below use the well-known front-end Ackermann and Bumsteer calculations to set it up right. Also your suspension height and shock setup needs attention. I feel you were showing off a bit to much and hurting your project in the process!
But that's just my observation and I'm just an old dutch guy from Canada!
This is a death trap and a waste of good metal!. You will suffer from an enormous amount of bump steer, toe in and toe out,when ever your suspension moves up and down!...

why is that lower control arm rigid? shouldnt it be pivoting like the upper? it will be like having no suspension at all! good workmanship though

Roads in my area aren't exactly the smoothest. Welding in a suspension with my powerarc is pretty much mandatory.

Same observation. It will so heavy. Again where the suspension arm has been welded to the frame will be a point of weakness if am not wrong.
