Bloody tent polls lol ! Can I get mine back into the tent bag, no! Ud think they'd make the bag slightly bigger. Show me someone who can repack a tent and polls back into the bag like when it's new. Another great video guys

I notice you have a13T sprocket on your modifications list. This is a popular mod. I got one for my CRF, then I remembered what I was told when I bought my Ducati Scrambler in 1964. It came with 2 extra rear sprockets and a short length of chain. The dealer mechanic told me not to change the front sprocket, especially to a smaller one. The smaller the pitch diameter, the more sprocket and chain wear. So, I got a 42T rear sprocket for the CRF. So far, I have not found a need to install either one. Keep an eye on that chain slider that protects your swing arm. The 13T will wear through if you are not paying attention to it. Cheers

Hey, yeah, we don't actually run that mad any more 🤔. A cool mod, but we found the airbox mod made a big enough difference to make up for it 👍🏻

The great thing about a proper adventure is YOU decide what to do. You can go back and recover those tent poles, you can sleep under the stars, you can make a new friend and stay at their home, find an available barn, or you can stay in a nice Inn over a Pub. It's all good. That tent only protects you from rain, wind, and small bugs. it's useless against badgers and zombies.

Sorry to say it guys, but it's things like your misfortune losing stuff that makes for great viewing :-) Loving this series. Looking forward to the festival and thanks for your words of encouragement on the Tamp post on FB. Adam

Another great video lads, thanks. I'm going to start planning to do the French TET. Love France and the TET adds to the, non tourist, small town and village France experience.

Would be great to see which part of the French TET you took, as I'll be departing on my adventure to Annecy in August. Great vid as always 👍

Thanks Rob. We wish we'd taken more notice of precisely where we had ridden to be honest 🤦🏻‍♂️. We'll record it properly next time!

This is the best video in the series so far and here’s why (imo)…
    1. You’ve had 7 other episodes to hone your editing and story telling.
    2. This one has the most action. Bikes not starting, tent poles etc.
    3. You both seem more natural. I guess this is just the cumulative effect of weeks on the road pointing a camera at yourselves, but it shows, and makes for a less wooden and more watchable video.
    4. You’re not romancing about the essence of adventure, the beauty of the crf etc. that poetic stuff resonates when it hits you like a bolt out of the blue, straight after a really funny bit, or where a disaster has been averted. But for most people I think it’s a big turnoff being too ‘deep’ in a video about some guys riding their bikes in France/ Spain.
    5. Jamie’s character seems to be coming through more now. Guessing he’s just loosened up in front of the lens but he’s a funny dude its enjoyable to watch.
Anyway that’s just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions. So feel free to tell me to shove mine haha

Hey John, glad you're enjoying the series. I agree, I think our story telling has developed well. When you start a series, it's hard to know how the vids will feel, but we've definitely found the vibe now. Cheers for the support 😎👍🏻

What gearing are you running on the Rally?

Hey, it's completely stock gearing, but we have opened the airbox (see our vid), which makes a BIG difference 👊🏻😎

Hey Cavin, I have one, but it's never been used. I worry if that's my only sleep system, that I wouldn't find enough trees etc 😕
