@@Hisimminentreturn download the dollar general app. Use the barcode scanner to scan. If prices turns up $0.00, that is your penny item. You can buy the item for just a penny, IF it’s not expired. Be aware there are some employees that will deny you, look up the penny policy, and use it.
You can follow Kristie’s Connections. She has the Penny list with the visuals and UPCs. You can input the UPCs in the DG app. I’ll make a short so you can see how I know.

First follow Kristie’s Connections, she and her team have a website with visuals of pennies and future penny items. How this works is certain items go through a clearance cycle and then eventually Penny out. Employees are to pull these out but you can buy these item for a penny if they don’t. Download the DG app, use the scanner it provides, scan and if the price turns up $0.00, it’s your penny item. They can only deny an item if it is expired. I recommend to watch some RUclips videos and do some research on i, if you haven’t already. Hope it helps! 😊🫶🏽

Depends on the item. Some won’t penny til a couple months or years and some won’t penny til a couple of weeks or months.
