For me it spawned about 1km and 0.5km I am so lucky
And of you kill all vampires you can get the best weapon in a dusty trip its the vampire dagger you can get it by killing all vampires you need to kill 12 mutants the dagger will become really black it can one ahot

The thing inside the church is the demon engine btw (fast as hell but also consume fuel like hell too)
once you get at a high speed you just turn off the engine so it doesnt use fuel
