I was their high school choir teacher and put them together. Our local barbershop chorus(the Harmony Kings Chorus) asked them to join. They helped them get music and to compete. They went to the international BHS(Barbershop Harmony Society) competition in Nashville in 2008 and they were the only high school quartet! All of the other quartets were college groups, some even from music conservatories. The quartet that won, the Ringmasters are from Sweden!
These fantastic singers are all still singing but they live across the state from each other. Two of them are dads and between the two of them have 7 kids! One of the others just got married in August and the 4th one is a very successful business man who travels a lot,
It's hard to tell, as both videos are of bad quality. But the height differences, hair colors, and singing positions all correlate. I don't think it's very likely to find two groups singing the same song similarly with all the other similarities on top.
As an old voice coach and former band singer these guys nailed it.Anybody who was laughing at these guys should be placed on stage and see what they got.
