As always great review. I want the exact bag for my Tenere 700' but i see that the bag does not include the tank ring for the tenere. Which ring model do i need to add ?
I had a quicklock system when i had the R1200 GSA, works great, but takes up a little bit to much space on the bottom of the tankbag in my opinion. Like the new look of the SW-Motec bags. Cheers Sven 🔥
@@tshansen thanks, yes it is place for a hammock but I will have to mount some anchoring points for it :-) A new photo for the wall arrives tomorrow and I also want to buy a larger table and a work bench :-) Then I am finished.
Hello sven, nice solid system i think. Do you know if these tankbags have a option to put a 12v cable true it? It makes it easer to charge my gopro and comm system when I'm riding. Thanks!
Yes it has cable access both front and rear. I sold mine as it conflicted with my Hepco & Becker hand guards, the mounting at handlebar clamp hitter the bag even if I moved it as far back as possible. With bark buster it should not be a problem.
@@thetubelesschannel oké many thanks for the answer Sven! I have see hepco becker have also a nice tankbag system with maybe a more slimmer tankbag mounting as the sw motech. I think about it! Gr Nick
Thx for the infos, i've ordered mine after seeing this video. i think i'll use it just for sunday short rides and for long rides on highway , to have something practical for small things a quick to take. Honestly it is really to high on the tank and not so good loking on t7, but it seems usefull, for my purpose.
Sven, what a great garage to produce such well explained video content. I did't looked in detail to the SW-MOTECH products and decided for a full luggage system from Enduristan with the SANDSTORM 4S tank bag. My Nikon D780 with 24-120/f4 fits perfectly. Did you bought this Yamaha jersey at The Vintage Spoke? Same size as your riding jacket or larger/smaller? Greetings from 🇩🇪 and stay healthy, Bernd

Neat, secure, and good looking tank bag, Sven! It's not clear to me, though, whether the bag is soft textile or hard plastic. Also, is there an alarm to tell you when you have ridden off and left the bag at the petrol pump? :-)
The bag is quite rigid, keeps it shape even when empty. So I think its a kind of plastic/rubber. Your question also goes for the filler cap. I will have to make me a pre-flight check list :-)
@@thetubelesschannel - I flew single-engine Pipers. I've noticed a higher than average number of pilots among the motorbiking community. I think banking in turns comes more naturally to both riders.
Dobra robota!! Dzięki

It is a Tenere 700 specific adapter...the ring should be the same... if you buy the Tenere 700 hardware the ring should be included.
Still looking at luggage definitely going down the soft root.Nice bit of kit well explained too. Thanks Sven 👌

Cheers Thomas, yes it take a bit space but enough left for what I want using it for.
@@thetubelesschannel By the way...love how you have started to decorate the mancave... looks like you can fit a hammock inside there? 😆

Thanks for sharing. Will a reflex camera with lens 18-55mm fit in the tank bag?
@@andrea_weekenduae6058 Im mot sure about that, if it is your need I would consider a larger bag.

Great to hear the info was useful :-)
Very nice demonstration, Sven. Are you still pleased with the bag?
I have sold the bike now. Yes I was happy with it. But it interfered with my phone mount so I had to find another solution.
