    Click here to watch The Rise Of Hurrem 👉 • The Rise Of Hurrem - M...
    At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
    The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
    As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

    The ending is exactly why I’m so glad they all met their end in the best way possible. Long live Hurrem.

      We are make this world fake, the world isn't fake. All these that God, our creator made, are perfect. We are the ones who destroy all we see. Everything that God created, we decide to eliminate it, even if it concerns other people around us. You may say that Hurrem destroyed them, but that doesn't mean that this was good and this doesn't mean that this make us good either. At least Mahidevran Sultana never cheated Syleiman with other men, Hurrem did it and she should be punished. But she was a snake and a viper and a traitor who always tried to escape. But she didn't notice God.

    Admittedly, the concerns over status that emerge here are a major reason why, in real life, Suleiman waited to marry Hürrem until _after_ his mother's death. A big part of why Hürrem's position became such a major one was that she was elevated to replace Hafsa as the senior woman of the dynasty.

    Normal mothers: you have left her pregnant you have to marry her
    Valide: Hurrem gives birth to five children how can Suleyman marry Hurrem?

    • @Redluna32
      @Redluna32 14 дней назад +9

      I mean, this is more modern mothers vs. historical mothers, even more so within the Ottoman Empire, which developed the harem, in large part, to make such marriages needless.

      Hurrem thinks that she was the owner of the world. But no one of us is the owner of the world. We are just passengers. We just pass by from this world. And now, she speaks impudent to Valide Sultana, saying that she plotted against her and set a trap for her. There was no one who made her a trap for her, she fell into the trap that she made for herself, when she decided to be with Leo and Syleiman at the same time. She had her life with Syleiman and she preferred Leo. Mahidevran would love Syleiman and she would never act like Hurrem, being with two men at the same time. Or else, she would be like Hurrem, who mocks herself, Syleiman and Valide Sultana. That was treason and she should be punished. This world is fake, not because we are mortals, but because we make this world fake because of our actions and choices. We should rethink of all these.

      @@dionysiossmaragdis2844first of all, Hurrem wasn't "with" Leo, she told him to move on, he was obsessed with Alexandra and she wasn't that person anymore and fully loved Suleiman. Second of all, she wasn't lying technically. She didn't poison Leo, Ibrahim did using her hands. Allah knows the difference between murder and people's hands being forced against their will. Mahidevran would have lost him to someone else, with or without Hurrem, as is evidenced by the fact that no matter how many lovers he had (in show), he always went back to Hurrem whereas Mahi lost him almost straight away upon meeting her.

      Because Hurrem seemed good, but she wasn't, Rustem and Syleiman too. At least Mahidevran never rebelled against Syleiman or cheated him with other men, like Hurrem, who dared to cheat him with Leo. She should be punished.

      @@dionysiossmaragdis2844 You seem to have fixated yourself upon the need to believe that Hurrem cheated with Leo when in fact she did not. It seems apparent that like Ibrahim you are trying to set her up and think by doing so this forces that to be true. In matter of fact and only fact, it does not. Good day to you.

You can see her emotions fighting between her need to help hatice and her hate for Ibrahim... This is definitely the best embodiment of a character ever !!!

    12:39 When she can finally have some peace she again just doesn't take it. At this point it really would be better and more adult to forgive Ibrahim and let him live happily with Hatice. It's so hypocryt that she wants Hatice too be well but also wants to take away her biggest source of happiness at the same time. I get her motivation at first, what he made Hurrem do to Leo was horrible. She would have had a lot more peace tough if she stopped going after Ibrahim at this point, better for Hatice and her children too. But she didn't consider that enough, she even got sweet aybige in trouble for her ambitions. This version of Hurrem is so childlike often, children also shout when they don't get what they want. Part of her struggles and motivations I get, still often she crossed the line way too far.

      That's ego. I prefer to love all the people and be loved equally and deeply, than to be alone, by myself. And I prefer to be alone than to be arrogant and to mock myself and my beloved one as Hurrem did to Syleiman many times (one with her love, which was hypocritical, only to be her beloved and to make her his consort, then to take the emerald ring, to see her saying that she will turn Syleiman her slave, then the marriage, she used him to marry her only for her own benefits, then the plotting against the royal family, she even make Syleiman suffer from turning him to a slave-murderer-tyrant, she was the one who was responsible for those sufferings of Syleiman and Mahidevran. The whole royal family suffered because of her. And now she even tries to apologize by telling lies in order to defend herself. Leo was her ex and she committed treachery. Ibrahim and Mahidevran was right. You are saying that Hurrem was good, because you prefer the lie instead of truth. You want to call the good bad and the bad good. You prefer to call Mahidevran evil and Hurrem good.
