I agree with the medical time out but not the grunt. Yes he grunts loud but azarenka and sharapova's grunt are from 80-100 decibels. Not too mention nadal only grunts when he hits his FH, BH and Serving. He never grunts when he slices or does a drop shot while azarenka does. Nadal grunts in PRACTICE as well whereas sharapova and azarenka never grunt during practice
