Ingredients for Jaggery Wheat Biscuit
Wheat Flour - आटा - 1 Cup (150 grams)
Jaggery - गुड़ - 3/4 Cup, 150 gms
Semolina - सूजी - 1/4 Cup (45 grams)
Desiccated Coconut - नारियल का बुरादा - 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder - बेकिंग पाउडर - 1 tsp
Cardamom - छोटी इलाइची - 6-7, coarsely ground
Desi Ghee - घी - 5 tbsp
Milk - दूध - 4 tbsp
Almond Flakes - बादाम कतरन - 2 tbsp

I tried these again today with double the proportion. And 1 part was made with sesame/til and another with dried ginger/saunth powder. They have turned out so super. Next batch will be with dark chocolate chips.

I had never made biscuits and watched sooo many recipes but this one called out to me...simple, healthy and can be made with ingredients easily available at home....today i tried it out...turned out sooo good...everyone loved it❤...only thing i added too much cardamom so the taste of it overpowered though the cookies tasted delicious😊...thankyou sooo much ma'am❤

This is best no fail method to make simply delicious biscuits, if eaten once anyone will forget market biscuits. My saas ji used to fry in desi ghee but if moyen or jaggery or water amount or ghee temperature is not perfect they break to bits in ghee and can't be mended, all waste, nobody else could make these, I love them thanks lots n lots for recipe

Tried these, came out perfect. Very delicious. Loved by my toddler and husband equally. FOR THOSE OUTSIDE INDIA - we may not have same gur as proper gur in India (or who knows we have a better exported one ;) so my batter was bit hard and I used few spoons of milk to soften it. It might be common sense for some but I thought worth mentioning as some may make biscuit out of the hard batter and they will not taste as good

Madam i made these biscuits yesterday and then kept in a air tight container. But today when i checked, the biscuits had become soft. What might have gone wrong
You might not have cooled them down
We call it Thekua in Bihar/Jharkhand. The only difference we fry in ghee or refined oil, we don't bake.

You added moyan in low quantity that's why its became hard.
Mam as u told in ur recipe... i added 5tbsp of desi ghee and 4tbsp of milk
