I’m amused by the head shake/roll that so many of the people coming to the clinic do. My last PC Doctor was from India, the same town that Sasha Si Baba, (hope I spelled his name correctly) lived and he didn’t do that after I met him, and maybe he never did. My sister traveled to India a few times to see Sasha.
