Agree with Jeena. Asia's beauty standards have shifted toward the Western looks after decades of Western influence. Now they think double-eyelids, big eyes, high noses, chiseled features for men. Agree with Jeena. Asia's beauty standards have shifted toward the Western looks after decades of Western influence. Now they think double-eyelids, big eyes, high noses, chiseled features for men. Liu has more traditional Chinese look so they don't think he's handsome. It's a testimony to the link between representation in mass media and self-esteem.
