Z masters are good solid mowers, I have two diesel ones next to my shop I need to get to one day, maintain them and you will get decades out of them. When I worked for the commercial company we got that much out of them easy, and if you have a Kawasaki one, we would get thousands of hours on them
Can I move the chain up one link on all 4 sides or cuts nice but it's really low at full height about 3.5 inches, I need at least an inch extra more if possible
Gday Adam, very helpful tip, I’ve got a Toro Z master 52” that could do with checking, now I know thanks to you, great job mate, cheers Matty

I would think so, as long as the belts stay relatively flare and the deck brace arms are not binding
What’s your opinion on chain hung decks vs a bolt/rod system?
Chain decks can be a little more forgiving if you hit something but I think rod hung decks are more accurate to adjust
