Just a warning: Global Warming is changing the weather patterns drastically. Last year was a lot colder than this year, i would suggest looking at the weather forecast a week before you arrive to see a more accurate weather description :)

You could include Fahrenheit..and if you mention the difficulty of travel in winter you could tell us what happens and how does the city handle it. Do they have salt trucks to make the streets safer. Better detail.
