LOL @ “it’s a Spanish issue”. Then why did you come on a show with a Latina judge, if you felt that way? She thinks because the judge is Latina, she’s siding with the Defendants because are also Hispanic/Latino? Give me a break. Judge MIlian has demonstrated plenty of times that she goes by facts, and that nationality or background have no import to her decisions. The fact is this woman was simply unable to prove what she claims happened. She has no proof, it’s he-say-she-say. This isn’t a Spanish issue, it’s an Idiot Issue, and the Plaintiff is one. As a Black woman, she should know better than to jump to bigotry when we have to deal with that all the time. Her bigotry makes as much sense as her lie. And both are gross and unbelievable!
Shes tryna say that yall side with one another regardless of the issue at hand. Judge 👩⚖️ Milian is hispanic as well. I dont necessarily agree with her comment but thats how she feels. Probably feels ganged up on.
I’ve found hispanic women to sometimes be very catty and mean. And Hispanic people in general to be racist not all but many. Other times they can be the kindest sweetest people you’ll meet.
When the plaintiff said " I think this is a Spanish issue " -- Is she calling Judge Marilyn biased towards towards her? I'm kind of shocked to hear someone say that, and I'm wondering if I just heard it the wrong way or something -- if that's what she meant, that's awful - Judge Marilyn does her best not to be biased towards people, she's really fair.
Oh that's what she meant all right. She didn't want to take responsibility for her own actions resulting in damage to the bag. She made that comment to continue to place the blame on others for why things didn't go her way. Because there's no other reason for the judge to side against her other than the comradery of other Hispanics right? (Heavy sarcasm). My opinion, if you don’t see the way she speaks to black people and what she refers to black people as you haven’t watched enough episodes.
Her statement "It's a Spanish issue" is highly disrespectful to the judge. The implication is that Judge Milian sided with the defendants because they are all Spanish speakers. That's insulting.
This case is tricky🤔🤔. I have cleaning products on the bathroom that have bleach added, and the bleach smell is STRONG. I also know that people do put cleaning products, like bleach, in a smaller container/spray bottle( 409, windex, etc) so it's more manageable. I also know that of you were panicking with greasy food drops in your $700+ bag, you might try to just clean it with a product you are comfortable with. She 100% could've been comfortable using 409 to clean, and that particular bottle could've just had bleach in it for cleaning this establishments bathroom. It was irritating that she said, "This is a Spanish issue" though.
The owners seem pretty cool to me. Like if something happened they would try to make it right before it got to court. That lady was just trying to get that raggedy bag upgraded.
Is this case serious???? U knock a bottle of something into your purse & u want to sue the shop? Giiirl that's yo own damn fault, who said their products tops have to be on right 🤷🏽♀️🤣🤣
Just to clear up what the plaintiff is saying. She from New York and regularly some New Yorkers interchange Spanish and Hispanic or latin x . She's using Spanish as a race thing not a language thing. Kind of insinuating that the judge sided with the defendant because they're "spanish".
I don't think plaintiff understands that if she knocks off cleaning supplies unto her bag, it's her fault. Irrespective of how the bottle was secured. You cannot knock off stuff and blame others.
True, what it her big bag knocked over liquid hair products and it spilled inside her bag.. she can’t blame others for her mistakes or careless behavior
That's not technically true anything that's not properly stored or safely secure the owner can be held liable if a customer is injured or their belongings are damaged because of that

She was trying to clean her bag because even she said Tilex doesn’t suppose to have bleach. She was upset when she sprayed her bag and realized she ruined it.
I absolutely love how excited Judge Milian becomes whenever someone brings up a life hack! Getting your hair done while waiting for the police… GENIUS!!!
I actually was curious if they finished her hair before the police arrived. Response time for something like that in a busy city can be longer than for like a robbery or murder.
I'll never understand spending $800+ on a purse that's going to get stained and damaged with regular use.
Girl, people and their material things. It’ll be outta style next month or next year!!!❗️💯

I don't believe she really spent that much for that bag in the first place. I think she probably got it second-hand and claimed that that's what the bag really cost just to collect a bunch of cash off a small business.

According to what I read about MCM bags concerning the shape, the form, the material etc, this one could possibly be a fake. A real one is not supposed to be floppy and fold into itself like this one. MCM's fabric is stiff and holds its form.

Her statement "It's a Spanish issue" is highly disrespectful to the judge. The implication is that Judge Milian sided with the defendants because they are all Spanish speakers. That's insulting.
“A Spanish issue” … Wth does that even mean?
Regardless. They need to find a better place to store those chemicals. If a child gets ahold of them, they will be liable.

Cleaning supplies should be in a closet, not sitting around carelessly. The defendant should be liable for at least 50%
That's not technically true anything that's not properly stored or safely secure the owner can be held liable if a customer is injured or their belongings are damaged because of that
You make no damn sense.. because why is there harsh chemicals that are not tightly secured or in reach or potentially harming someone. How bout if she bumped into it with or without a bag on and the chemical plopped on the floor and then splashed upwards towards her face causing potential blindness in her 👀eyes??!

But no one can see the damage and she is not bothered about the marker stains 🤔
@BlackBettyBoo72 It means clearly you aren't that worried about that side showing in the first place, bc you are careless with it. Which in turn means that you shouldn't get a whole new full priced bag if even MORE stains land on the inside part that you've clearly already showed you don't care about.
