Or it might just be about people who fell ill, lost their dreams and are coping in the hospital by living in an illusion (which is why they're dancing like crazy in the hospital) Also, I theorize the woman with the long hair has cancer or something thus her hair falls out in the end. I would highly recommend “aisai” and "tokyo ghetto" from eve, as they have very beautiful messages and beats.
