Do people realize if OJ didn't commit the crime, then the LAPD would have pre-arranged framing OJ and brought samples of his blood ready to sprinkle and hair sample in the knit cap, knew that OJ couldnt have had an alibi, knew that OJ would have blood from the victims in his vehicle, knew that someone scaled the fence at Kato Katleins apartment at the time of the murder, knew that OJ wouldnt have been ready for the Limo driver waiting for him, knew that OJ would have a fresh cut on his finger. They also would have known that OJ would have owned a pair of Bruno Magli shoes to plant that evidence. They would have had to make an agreement with Ron Goldman ahead of time that he was to be a martyr and spill his blood at Nicole's house, and be placed in OJ's Bronco? This was not justice for black Americans, this is the same ignorant prejudice that once deemed them to be valued as a fourth of a person.

People talk about the Jury's verdict, if OJ had a Public Defender for his Lawyer would the verdict be the same, the answer is no, it's takes $ to put on a good defense
They could have shown the jury a tape of OJ murdering his wife and his friend and the jury still would have found him not guilty. The hatred towards white people was more than palpable in the jury, they even confessed in an interview that they did not care if he was guilty.
@@riverebec1 I'm not inferring anything other than this comment is ridiculous. A jury found him not guilty but people can have the opinion that he's guilty and a jury could've justifiably convicted him.
Carl says that the defence won because of 'better lawyering'. In other words, OJ won because he had the money to buy better lawyers. I appreciate that Carl and Johnny offered a lot of time on civil rights issues but such people are clearly not available to everyone. It is clearly a case of the verdict will go to the person who can afford to buy it, irrespective of the evidence.
He had the Best Lawyers and they were smart. Whether you believe it or not, he was acquitted. Robert Waggoner killed his wife, Robert Blake killed his wife, Kyle Rittenhouse gunned down 2 innocent people, Dillion Ruth walked in a Church and gunned down 8 innocent people. If it didn’t fit, you MUST acquit. LAPD killed them and planted evidence on OJ. Case Closed,
The jury found OJ Simpson not guilty due to "reasonable" doubt. The evidence, which they ignored, proved he was guilty to a certainty. Smith didn't slander anybody.

Kato was not a freeloader and has been portrayed unfairly for his role in this case. He has always come across as an honest and decent person, unlike you, who comes across as exactly the kind of person you really are. As far as Johnny Cochran and company, they had no other choice than to play the race card because their client, oriental James Simpson, was guilty of murdering two innocent people and they knew it! How can one man kill 2 people with out one fighting him or having enough time to run, stop it and I'm not even a OJ Simpson fan but common sense is common sense
From what I’ve seen watching the trial and reading various books, I understand that OJ had the **Element of Surprise** when he attacked NBS and RG. It was dark and evidently OJ was reportedly hiding in the bushes nearby where he jumped out and violently knocked NBS to the ground rendering her unconscious. He then quickly pounced on RG immediately stabbing him in the neck several times. Although RG was a young 25 years old man, he was No Match for someone OJ’s size. Also, consider the fact that OJ was made even stronger being driven by Blind Rage and jealousy.
Easy, for one he didn't kill both of them at the same time, it is believed and evidence showed that oj was fighting with nicole then ron walked in, that's when oj knocked out nicole and then ran over and started stabbing ron, then after that he walked back over to nicole and finished her off.
Carl Douglas doesn't want to lose his law licsence. Let me say what he cannot: NICOLE WAS MURDERED AT 11:40. Whoever murdered her, had to know that she would be coming to the door. She was only getting her mothers glasses, and then getting in the tub. How did Ron Goldman, who had no car, get there? HE WALKED. It's 19 minutes according to Google maps, 6 minutes for him to walk home. 19+6 = 25. If he left the restaurant at 9:50, the murders could not happen before 10:26PM. This is without him taking a shower, which he more than likely did becasue he was going out to a bar to meet up with friends. If you add another 15-20 minutes, the murders happened 10:40:10:45.PM
Carl Douglass is a lot nicer than me because if I would have came onto this program I would have destroyed Stephen A. Smith. He has a big mouth, and has no clue what he’s talking about in the case.

It's actually a good communication device to smile, I think. Depending on the nature of the conversation, I'd rather someone talk to me with a genuine smile than be stone-faced the whole time.
Let me geuss. You hate the smiling.😄 Personally I find it inspirational. It's a great way to make the people around you comfortable too. I hope he never changes.

Carl Douglas would be awesome as a legal analyst on cable news
Much better than Mark fuhrman being an analyst for foxnews
REMEMBER Steven A Smith, you were there. BROTHER MALCOLM WOULD HAVE LOVED YOU.
He was found not guilty Stephen a
A biased bad jury doesn't mean he didn't kill 2 people
Do people realize if OJ didn't commit the crime, then the LAPD would have pre-arranged framing OJ and brought samples of his blood ready to sprinkle and hair sample in the knit cap, knew that OJ couldnt have had an alibi, knew that OJ would have blood from the victims in his vehicle, knew that someone scaled the fence at Kato Katleins apartment at the time of the murder, knew that OJ wouldnt have been ready for the Limo driver waiting for him, knew that OJ would have a fresh cut on his finger.
Exactly! This is why I know he's guilty.
Blood with EDTA in it ?? Blood was planted!! EDTA prevents blood clotting in vials after blood draws. EDTA is not present in the human body. OJ agreed to have his blood drawn. Doesn’t sound like someone with something to hide. ❤
I’d take OJ over any running back in NFL history

Stephen A is fantastic in both sports and social commentary. And he's a good and very fair man
This is a great interview
Steven’s rhetoric is dangerous for Black people and I am so glad he’s just into sports and not into law because he will be sending a lot of Black people to prison because he does not understand how the justice system works.
He is not the only one doing this in RUclips. He is trying to get a million subscribers any way he can. He like many black men don't feel comfortable unless they have the love and support of white people. He used black people and black celebrity to start his channel and now that it has plateaued, he needs right wing white folks. He is a chameleon! I unsubscribed when I seen him do it .
@Bladekoman watch the civil case, you will understand better. A innocent man wouldn’t write a book!

He is an amazing attorney 🎉
If I would have been on that jury, I would have had to voted not guilty just like the jury did. However, I do believe there have been people in the past, found guilty and was sentenced to death and executed on a lot less evidence than the O.J. case

I think there's a difference between innocent by law and innocent! Because it's not about what you know, it's about what you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
💯 exactly
What evidence you have that point out that he committed the crimes. There are all types of resources available for the prosecution to slam dunk the case, and they failed to do so.
You have to be brain dead not to see that every single piece of evidence pointed to OJ Simpson's guilt. That's why that jury let him off.

People talk about the Jury's verdict, if OJ had a Public Defender for his Lawyer would the verdict be the same, the answer is no, it's takes $ to put on a good defense
Whoever accepts a public defender as a lawyer in a murder case deserves his/her fate.
It's always been interesting to be how people give there consistent opinions of his guilt when a jury of his peers found him not guilty?
That jury "of his peers" never had any intention of finding him guilty. It was like having an all-white jury at the trial of a Klansman.
They could have shown the jury a tape of OJ murdering his wife and his friend and the jury still would have found him not guilty. The hatred towards white people was more than palpable in the jury, they even confessed in an interview that they did not care if he was guilty.
Wow
@@johnp82 Are you inferring that the jury's acquittal meant OJ Simpson was not guilty?
Case Closed,
Does this fool Stephen A realize he committed slander? OJ was found not guilty in court and you're aware of this😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The jury found OJ Simpson not guilty due to "reasonable" doubt. The evidence, which they ignored, proved he was guilty to a certainty. Smith didn't slander anybody.
Kato Kalin was not a freeloader! He paid rent! And he was an honest and credible witness at the trial. He was and is a good man and was a friend of Nicole and the children loved him. Your depiction of Kato is not true and we do give #$&@ what he has to say!
He wasn't paying rent. Stop the BS. How old are you? I remember that case. We watched it in Criminal Law class throughout. He got on the stand and was caught in lies. He couldn't answer questions on the stand.
I am older than you, and I have followed this case!Kato's agreement with Nicole was $450-$500 for rent and then take care of the kids who were very fond of him! I have no interest in commenting further with you!
I am older than you and I have followed this case. Kato's agreement with Nicole was $450-500 per month for rent and take care of the children who were very fond of him! Do you even know this or do you just care to accuse him of something he is not guilty of!! He was not a freeloader and any attempt to portray him this way is unfair and untrue! Kato is an honest, kind and decent man who gave honest testimony at the trial about the events that happened on the night that Nicole and Ron were murdered. Despite your attempt to malign him he is still an honest, kind and decent man. As for Cochran and company, they played the race card because they had no other defense for their client who they all knew was guilty of murdering two innocent people.
