Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

I see many familiar faces from years past. They each have their own story, some more dramatic than others. Kelli and Judy seem as happy and excited as the girls.
I think it’s so cool that most of the time the veterans hang back when they reach the locker room & let the rookies go in first. 😊

There seemed to be a greater variety of hairstyles among the ladies in the earlier seasons. Now they go to see Marshall & his lip-fillers and all get given the exact same 'do'.
I went to the stadium for a field trip and I got to see the lockers :)
Please do a one and done about the cheerleaders like Natalie and Brandi Kilby who cheered for one season then retired. Also a blooper reel if there is one.
Anyone else wonder what they do with the life-size picture, once a cheerleader leaves? Just throw them in the recycling bin? It would be funny if they got to keep them.
They can keep them if they want to. I've seen some take them home..I think they throw them away if they don't want them
They display cameo photos at auditions and around the stadium but I'm not sure if they're the same ones
They can keep the nameplates. Stephanie Michelle has hers.

They did but it was all digitally done I believe they took the girls cameos and added them to the squad photo

I cannot dance and won't try 😂 - but the show is about working on a dream as well and inspiring
Some of the contestants - that eventually were let go - I wonder how they made it that far (compared to the other girls)

Pretty sure everyone agrees there needs to be term limits on this show for the coaches or whoever that are always talking... Nobody wants to listen to their nagging all the time to beautiful women...It's the most disgusting part of the show
What is the expected career path after their time is up as a cheerleader? Or is the goal to become a trophy wife before their time is up?
They're all working dancers, so having this on their resume is basically a career maker. After this they can go on to do other dancing gigs, TV, Broadway, or even going I to teaching or opening their own schools. I don't think any of their goals professionally include going through a gruelling training camp and audition process just to become a trophy wife afterwards. 🤷♀️
