If you added some gold glitter and maybe gold metallic resin pigment, or some pieces of gold leafing it would be awesome! 👍❤️ Shavings were awesome! 😃. It turned out GREAT! 🥰
That came out very cool! If you decide to work with the cork again, it might be interesting to soak some in wine for a a while and then let it dry out again. Could make for some interesting colors.

You kill me with laughter, the way you introduce your ingredient, and the fact that your "Secret ingredients" are packing tape and hot glue. It looked more like granola than dog food to me ^_^' I would LOVE to see those shavings in resin, I'm with Mrs. Brown. It turned out AMAZING with that polish, I'd love to see a "Hidden Cork" something or other with colored Resin maybe that's something you could try!

As a shoemaker grinding cork is my daily bread and butter, so I'm glad you can appreciate the smell of it but I've had my fill over the past 10 years haha

A wire/epoxy bowel, denim bracelet, not just denim also wool from a sweater etc. 8 altogether. I turned a mold on the lathe then proud epoxy over cloth, Nice colors. Last week I made a HTPE plate which I`m taking to the club meeting . Ed

Would you know what the best adhesive would be for HDPE on HDPE? Turning a giant handle for a project and you seem to be the king of resins so I thought you may have an idea
Adhesives won't stick. polyethylene the PE in HDPE is actually a very oily plastic and if anything does stick it would only be able temporary. You can plastic weld HDPE though
You finally got to use the blender again after the plastic incident and you immediately blend corks, I don’t think they will ever let you use it again after this Edit: omg I have been noticed :0

When resin goes on a rough surface that looks cloudy white it makes it clear.

While I love blue as a color, I think pearl white would be an amazing contrast with the deep brown of the cork.

Toluene or xylene solvents to solvent weld. Pretty much anything else will fail
heat or plastic solvents.

Hard like resin. The cork absorbed the resin and it is no longer cork-ish feeling.
