      When you go to another country try to accept what they have to offer. thats the Beauty of traveling. 26 countries traveled and never criticized or complained .me and my family have seen worse but enjoyed every bit. Pizza and hot dogs are some of the poison thats killing us people of color. Island folks are healthy people because they they dont get caught up in unhealthy living that causes stress. I hope as you travel the real world you will realize that people can live with the basics in life, and live a healthy and happy life.Happy traveling✌. PS. Beautiful couple have fun.

    It is really interesting regarding the diet. Here in the US people die early of cancer, diabetes you name it. Cubans live a long life, but they dont eat as much burgers,, coca cola any of that stuff.

      Hi Widalys Gonzalez! We actually stayed a couple of days in Vinales. While we were there we did a farm tour which took us around to tobacco farms and coffee farms on horseback. Everything else we did we arranged ourselves like cave tours.

    Cuba is not America so why travel with that mindset. Cuba and the Cuban people are the greatest. I've been going since 2007. The safest country I ever been or lived.

    I can attest to everything you say about the items you should bring with you. I exchange my American money at the airport in Cuba because Euros cost more than American money. I have visited several clubs in Havana and had a wonderful time. I have visited resorts in Cuba and had equally good times. You are pronouncing the names of the beers incorrectly. I have made several friends in Cuba male and female (there are some very beautiful women in Cuba). I have visited the neighborhoods which show the extreme poverty. There is music everywhere. I have gone to the music museum, the revolution museum, baseball games, sat along the Melacon and I have eaten at the National Hotel. Cuba has been wonderful for me and to me.
    With all that said I like the purple and gold shirt you were wearing-GREAT fraternity. Also, when I were my Mason hat brothers come out of the woodwork in Cuba. Viva la Cuba

      +Jimmy Thomas Jr. We stayed for 7 days and took the equivalent of $1200. This was more than enough and we had plenty of money for run and cigars to bring back, but if you like to do structured tours you may need a little more

      Hate to butt in, but if you're thinking of going to Cuba, things have already changed due to Trump's reversal of Obama's deal with Cuba. Take public transportation whenever possible, and there are great restaurant in Havana, in Chinatown. Don't be afraid of the eating street food. I hope you enjoy your trip.

    • @StaplesInTents
      @StaplesInTents  7 лет назад +1

      Cuba, gave us a lot of material. Nothings wrong with the ice, but there just isn't a lot of it. Typically, drinks are served chilled (out of the fridge) with no ice unless you're at a bar and order a mixed drink.

    You had a bad experience but I can see you too little experience as an international traveller. Maybe you thought Cuba was cheap. It is not. If you want to have an standard international tourism experience you have to go through a travel agent that will provide you a total different experience. Trust me you will not even remember CocaCola at all. You have to buy a package tour so you can see the miseries of the Cuban people behind a glass window where it cannot bother you at either disturb your paradisical existence. You'll see. I found your video very helpful.

    Cuba is beautiful but take note what communism does to a country. Before Castro's revolution in 1959. Cuba was just as good or in some cases better than the U.S. Cuba use to be a rich capitalist country .I hope you folks don't want socialism in the U.S. because that's what the U.S. will look like in a couple of years. Nice video!!!

    • @StaplesInTents
      @StaplesInTents  5 лет назад

      Depends on what type of good old American pie you are referring. We aren’t normal. The big four (Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, Dominos, Little Caesar’s)tend to be hard passes. We are mom and pop business supporters. We also have a strong affinity for authentic experiences. America has about three pizza styles (NY, Detroit, Chicago) that we enjoy. Aside from that we prefer Italian styles. You?
