Hi Imo..me'n'hubby we're there a few weeks back..and a little tip we used with bringing favourite alcohol home in the case..we would buy two of 'whatever' and decant one bottle into an empty plastic 'pop' bottle..easy to transport..at home you have the pretty glass bottle..with a refill from the pop bottle..😁🤭👍x

They have toothpaste in a plastic bottle of sorts that is less than €1 and is terrific. Now my preferred toothpaste, I actually brought some back to the US for a visit. It’s great to try what the locals use.
I have never seen those flavours of tooth paste either lol how cool xx
Comparede to the British Supermarkets irs like comparing Buckingham Palace with my e bedroom house..portuguese Supermarkets are extremely good and variety i never saw it in the UK...and i lived in here for about 40 years
The sensitive toothpaste is €6 in Tescos in Ireland. Absolutely mental. Pains me to buy it but If I don't its mouth ulcer central 😂😂🧡
Wowee! I’ve taken to using the LIDL sensitive toothpaste. I think it’s OK and it’s WAY cheaper. Dentalux I think it’s called? Thanks so much for watching.

Such a great assortment of fruit. How did you like that tomato? Do you eat the papaya seeds? I love fresh watermelon, but not sure about a toothpaste flavored one. Guess a spare suitcase would be nice to have along to stuff with all the goodies to take home.

You used to be able to get rubbing alcohol from Wilko, and sometimes Amazon stock it.
I think the first fruit you weren’t sure of (slightly spiky and yellow) is possibly horned melon, or yellow dragonfruit
Agree alcohol-free gin is better. And I don’t get the headache the alcohol always gives me.
I’ve never tried any type of cherry booze. It’s a flavour that is just too medicinal for me
