I caught a head cold the last week of November. Six weeks later and a bout with walking pneumonia, I finally started feeling better. I totally missed Christmas, but did get to ring in the New Year with friends. Happy 2025 🎉🎉🎉

Very probable that the owners heard someone saying how the tiles were broken after a jetwashing, which might be in fact a result of already broken tiles being exposed after the overlaying mosses were cleared.
Wow Nick I bet you ached for days after that job 😮 it looked wonderful once finished so so much better. I take it you brushed it on because you had scraped it rather than pressure wash it? Make sure it got into all the matter left behind? I hope you were only feeling off because of the job and didn't get that nasty flu that is going around? So many people came down with it around here. I nearly didn't get to go to my long awaited night out in part due to original taxi driver being ill and snow in the mornin. My wheelchair she says NO to snow. But good old reliable UK weather kicked in and a deluge of rain cleared the snow 😂 My first night out since May 2022 and it was fabulous 😍 Went to see the Arena tour of Les Miserables with Michael Ball and Bonnie Langford, disappointingly it was Alfie Boes night off but other guy was fabulous so it was fine and I mean Michael Ball 😍 and I resisted shouting out how's it going Mel to Bonnie Langford (played companion Mel in Doctor Who) so I was pleased I didn't embarrass myself too much 😂😂 Love and hugs to you all 🤗🤗 Happy New Year and sorry for the extra long comment 🫣🫣😳😳

So I’m guessing you Hypo to bring back the colour in the tiles. But why not Bio and leave it to work so that the roof is clean for a few years?

People are proper weird. Dont like having their roof powerwashed but allow a chemical treatment. Great job as always.
