Kay your ♥️ love for cooking is undeniable and while you do try your very best, often times getting so close, and then…not so much. For example, you don’t boil the Rag Pudding, you steam it, using the rather nice three tier steamer that I’ve watched you use in other videos…you’ll have better luck next time Kay using your steamer! Also, you may have different results if you were to invest in some proper measuring cups and spoons, and that’s it’s very easily done by going to Poundland here in the UK. They have an entire department devoted to the small, handy, kitchen gadgets needed for more accurate measurements.. and roasting and baking pans and crockery..storage containers for leftovers..silicone molds, mitts, spatulas, and spoons and so much more Kay…at just one or two £ Pound. 🎉
B&M Bargains has many items too!

This how you cook a RAG PUDDING correctly
Why is it called rag pudding?
Chances are, you've never heard of rag pudding, unless you're familiar with the area around Manchester, specifically Oldham.
Rag pudding is a lot like steak and kidney pudding. Except it's steamed in a CLOTH (or RAG, hence the name) rather than a bowl or basin.
SO HERS WAS WRONG ON SO MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS.
