Hey sir after backing up and uploading all photo of my gallery to Google photose can I delet the Google photos app and also delete the gallery of my device in iphone
hey i have a question, i have an iphone 11 and i am using google photos on it and when i download one of my backed up photos from google photos it goes to the default iphone photos app. is there any way to fix it to make it go to google photos. so i’m basically asking if i can set google photos as my default app or no iphone is trash once again?
I have a question, why does whenever I’m offline my photos become pixelated or blurry and if i have a wifi on it downloads the pixelated photo?
I just watched your video and when I went through by starting to back up as my username, it did not give me the choice on quality and storage saver. No I just downloaded the app today 10/20/23. Do you think this has something to do with this being the newest version? Thank You, Greg
Is it okay if i free up my space but my icloud is full? And if we free up space in google photos will we still get the live photos?
Downside is you can't backup photos to Google photos into specific albums. All pics go into 1 album.

So storage saver photos doesn’t show a difference from original online.. Is that because of the quality of the phones the pictures are being taking with?
You don't notice a difference? I do. It's a small difference but when you do a side-by-side comparison of the original quality vs storage saver, you can see that original quality is slightly better. But it depends whether that slight difference is worth the extra storage

Hi there! For some reason when i upload my image from iphone to google photos and then go to iphone gallery to delete the picture I uploaded, it deletes it from Google photos too. Can you pls help on how i can stop this from occurring?

I had some videos on the google photos so i decided to delete them on my camera roll and now they’re gone in both!!! How!!?
By default it syncs the deletions as well if deleted from Google photos app just like your main gallery app. You need to choose "delete from device" in the options manually to only delete from device.

A lot of people pay for Amazon prime, so with Amazon photo I found the perfect solution for iCloud storage and google photo.
I have Synology nas as a primary backup and them Amazon photo.

@@KekesEnergy after a year, I still use AMAZON PHOTO, which is included in Amazon Prime subscription for unlimited photo backup.
For photo and video backup I continue using Synology Nas.
