Day 55 off suboxone. Energy and coordination is really off still. But when I think back to how I felt while using and detoxing it still feels a blessing. Running and taking a shit load of vitamins is the best treatment. Slowly reconnecting socially helps with anxiety and brain function. ❤ to everybody who’s pushing on through this challenge 💪🏼
You'll get your energy back soon! I'm well over 200 days and have had my energy back for quite awhile now. I still have trouble remembering things, and a little cloudy. Keep at it, it just keeps getting better!
Bro I’m 11 months clean of subs and I don’t take anything I felt good 2 weeks a go for few days than paws come back still there I do not understand when this shot will and it come and goes it crazy I took subs for 2 and half years never did more than 2 ml injured of 0.1 i had no physical WD I never lost a sleep but my mind was bad terrified of everything what is going on
Congratulations being off for that long! I hear you, I've heard that rollercoaster of ups and downs, can last over a year. I've been pretty level, and haven't had any issues, besides just being foggy sometimes, I'm forgetful and have trouble concentrating sometimes. Hoping that goes away at some point
@@SuboxoneRecovery-kd3it ok I tapered down enough. Did you take any supplements or use anything to help you get off them for good? Also what day did it start to get easier ?
You can do it! Usually start getting a lot better after 2 weeks. What I was told was 2-3 weeks for physical symptoms, then another 2-3 weeks of mental symptoms. But I think it's more of 1-2 months until you start getting mentally better, that's how it was for me anyway.

Man I truly need some advice. My time is now and I’m ready to get clean.
Ask me whatever you need, and I'll do my best to answer. You can do it though, without a doubt, believe in yourself!
