At last the double header! Lots of lovely steam!! I liked the dinosaurs - that little company deserves success- something original & cleverly done! Thanks for filming them!
It be good when the Exmoor coaster starts running and connecting with the trains to Lynmouth and Lynton and Ilfracombe and x28, 28 Bishop Lydeard to Taunton Railway station and Town centre
Loved it 😝👍... great video again ... the animals were so realistic ... how they were operated I've no idea .. but they were really good ..! What was the idea behind them ... do they travel the country or are they some local guy's 'pet' hobby ?
Nice Catch Mike , There had been talk of a double header so glad you were able to film it. Just as side note loco 9466 was the last train today on the wsr , As it run light from bishop Lyn to Minehead just After six tonight. Great to see steaming through on the webcams .
Great video Mike really enjoyed this one. Was out and about and did see some of the trains and caught up with Betsie the dinosaur. Very impressive model but my toy poodle was not impressed at all
Hi, enjoyed your video a lot, always nice to see what others are filming, we are here for two days in May for the steam gala as steam locos are our passion, never been before so excited about riding the longest heritage line in the UK, hope 2 days are long enough to visit all ten stations properly, could you please tell me if you think 2 days will be enough time to see everything as its quite a way from West Yorkshire, we are staying in Taunton for 3 nights, i'm already subscribed to you for a while now...Mal
I suspect not, especially if you plan to visit all the stations on the train. If you tour around by car that would help, but if you are waiting to see a train or two pass through a station that is going to take a lot of extra time. Probably its best to take a return ticket and stay on the train for the first day, so that you can at least see all the stations. the next day you could decide where to visit and spend more time at that station.
I've seen it all now. Dinosaurs in Minehead. Great stuff for the kids makes a change from Easter bunnies. I think you need a bit of Somerset sunshine to disperse all that steam that rather spoils the departure. Thanks Admiral.
There shouldn't be dinosaurs on a railway station. Have the volunteers not heard of an Easter Egg Hunt? That's what the children love more. I don't do dinosaurs, I do Easter Eggs. Glad to see three steam engines. Happy Easter. All that's missing is the Easter Eggs-press.

Well that's no way to talk about elderly rail enthusiasts! 🤣
The children are having a good time.
