Interesting …I just checked the eligibility criteria and it says Bachelor’s degree required for those going for a masters program.
But I think if a school in France accepts your HND for a masters program then you could try applying for the scholarship, you might be considered because you got into a Masters program

I’m trying to find the school that accept it in France I can’t find it and Google say there are some schools that accept if France that give those people going for PGD ( post graduate diploma) scholarships I will have apply for that but it’s only masters and PhD they give scholarships
