Blanck Mortuary Leering Larry prop

My version of the Leering Larry prop. I used two reindeer motors to create movement purchased from Monsterguts. Assorted nuts, screws, and washers. 1" thick insulation foam some plywood A 2X4 and angle brackets and drylock paint.

This is great? It inspired me to make my own this year, but one problem I have run into is, how do you have the that first piece attached to the reindeer motor? The post coming out of the motor isn't threaded and I can't seem to affix anything to it without straining the motor, which causes it to move in the opposite direction.

Hmmm? My reindeer motor is from Monsterguts and does not reverse. It has a tiny plastic arm attached to the motor that I attached my aluminum arm to.
