i saw a video where a jvc rep said 20k hrs half life if left in high mode, if left in eco mode you'll get roughly 40k hrs half life. i figure it's the same with other projectors
I’m just not sure why anyone would want to throttle the light output. Play friends of mine who have an expensive phone and turned their brightness down to one percent to save battery. Life doesn’t make sense to me.

@@Youthman yeah i guess it depends on the screen size. if you're rockin' a 100" screen and no hdr, then eco should be ok
For 100” I’d recommend a TV
