Also think about how we can utilize/partner/expropriate privately owned businesses in the cities where we can have multi purpose urban spaces rather than building segregated poor-quality housing that scream poor. We must perhaps think about how we can urbanize 70% of our population by 2050 while creating economic cities that can deliver services to these cities thru transportation, services, population control and data, child policies to control population growth and etc. Bring people together in a space that can be monitored then rule. We can then identify Redflags in hotspots and nip our problems in the bud across departments.
