Land. Need i say more. I so wish I'd bought mine earlier in life. Go to the video where they're showing you around the new farm, and see the look in Mike's eyes when he lifts that camera to show you his (their) land. It says it all. This channel is going to go from really good to great now.
It is a beautiful sight to see them! The entire family,,almost looks like they have been let out of a cage!!! I am so proud of the entire family!I think they know what they have accomplished! I only hope it makes them happy! It’s always hard to change your environment!!!
When you live outdoors in the south, bee stings are a given. Keep in mind, household ammonia on a cotton ball or rag and applied to the sting will stop the stinging and prevent swelling. Unless you are allergic, then get medical help. Love your new place.
First thing love to see Frankie with the Rough Rider strapped up. Second is wasp stings are my Wife's least favorite things about the Ponderosa but she will get stung almost every time we are there.( She was stung yesterday but in New Olreans) Y'all need cameras there are cheap one's at Sam's we have them every were and the wildlife you don't see will amaze you the creek bed is like a highway. Can't wait for your next video!!😍😍P.S please don't kill the snakes.
We have a couple trail cams up and have seen lots of deer and a few trash pandas 😂 we would only kill a snake if it’s threatening and venomous. Most snakes are just fine by us.
During the winter l used to wear LaCrosse insulated Burly knee boots with a pair of thick 100% wool socks. Warm feet are nice on a cold day of hunting ducks or deer
Not exactly a Lewis n’ Clark expedition but it worked out pretty good with only one casualty (wasp sting). Big tech don’t want you to know this but 1/2 cup of DW liquid mixed in a gal of water will take care of wasp instantly without any doubt. Lot cheaper than expensive sprays, goes a long way and biodegradable.
Rubbing crushed garlic on insect bites is the best remedy especially for bee and wash stings. I love that you have continued to wear your makeup, jewellry and nails still. Please don't stop.
The Deer are moving like crazy in Alabama so I know your seeing lots of deer in Mississippi!!! I am also seeing many many young Foxes 🦊!!! The full moon we just had and this beautiful cold front is making a great fall!!
They are everywhere right now. I haven't seen any "mature" deer yet. I have seen a lot of smaller ones. Me and a buddy actually saw a fox last night as well. It was in an area that I have never seen one before, so it was pretty cool.
I use to wear those slip on boots until I bruised my heel took over a year to heal they don't have enough comfort and support lol Dawn and water will take care of those wasps
You should see if you can find an old homestead plot on your property and figure out where they had a privy/dump and dig for antique bottles, ball canning jars, jugs, and pottery. Creeks tend give up their secrets after a hard rain when the heavy flow washes away the banks.
Not a bad idea to get some Snake Gators with all the copper heads cotton mouth and rattlesnake in the area I'm in Calhoun County just up the road from y'all especially it turning into fall rattlesnakes will be on the move big time trying to find them a den
I guess Frankie learned why she should tuck her pant legs into the boot when wading in water. If I wore cowboy boots my pant legs were always on the outside, but for wading boots I put them inside the boots. I hated the feeling of wet pants legs after I took the boots off. Looks like the creeks will provide good drainage once you start getting lots of rain. Property looks great.
Brother please understand i'm not trying to spend your money, but looking into a portable sawmill would be awesome addition for your property. you could make as much lumber as you need for your new farm. Just sayin a little jealous of the new property.
I am from the northeast corner of Mississippi (now reside in far east Tennessee). I know what we "front-porch white-trash hillbillies" call things. What y'all have there is what we refer to as a "ditch" or drainage ditch. A creek has running water that runs year-round (as we have in east TN). Tadpoles (mostly) exists in still water, which a creek rarely has. A ditch only has running water after a nice heavy rain. The water is usually brown and muddy. You will find that there are very few true and bona fide creeks in north Mississippi. Absolutely love the firearm toting. Excellent work with the young'un!
This is actually the lowest it’s ever been according to everyone around and it’s part of a bigger creek but not hardly any rain since May … but usually it’s running and the previous owner fished in it 🤷🏻♀️
Mike ,,, I have found underground water with two sticks and even bare coat hangers!!!! You can find lots of water on your property,,, just ask around!!!! Some old wanna be Indian will help you!!! I bet you can do in your spare time with little cost!!! “ I DID “ !!!
Have to watch out for those wasps for sure. Retry cool to see a blown up vehicle on the property lol. Thanks for taking us along while y’all explored the creek. Have a wonderful night my friends.
Syd, did you and Frankie not hear about the 3 days in February when men are ALWAYS RIGHT? In the South, we honor them on February 29, 30 and 31; EXCEPT during LEAP YEAR and then they only get 2 days! 🤣 Just could not resist, or it may be that I didn't try hard enough! 😊🥰 Sorry Mike got stung! If he's swelling that fast, you guys may need to keep Epipens unless you already have them. Vick's Vapor Rub is great for relieving the pain of a sting or Fire Ant bite! My favorite is the Rexall Brand from Dollar General for about $2.50. It works just as well as the regular brand but costs MUCH LESS!
this is a beautiful video, I like how you create your content, with attention to detail. I give you my most sincere congratulations, I look forward to your next video, see you next time. Your sure supporter, greetings from Italy👍
Holy Cow you have some massive trees by the creek 😲👍❤️.... Ouch Wasps sting are the worst!! 🥺.... That was a fun tour... Well maybe not for Mike 🥴, but it was for me 😁
Great video. Nice to see a family hangin out together in the outdoors. Yall have a beautiful place. My family is all from Grenada Ms. You should do some metal detecting. Theres alot of old home places in Ms that were once thriving communities that are long gone, you'd never know was ever there. Alot of people buried their money cause they didn't trust banks. Ive known people to find jars of 20.00 gold pieces anyways love yalls video and welcome to Ms.
I remember at the ranch growing up the wasps you would have to dodge and run when opening doors. Pasture covered with thousands of grasshoppers. All hitting you in the face sometimes. And the lake was only fed by rain water so was always infested with snakes. Barn swallows were the worst. Red harvester ants would find eat the baby rabbits. Muddobbers stinkbugs siqadas you name it. But I sure as hell wouldn't of traded it for anything.

Love seeing Frankie carrying! Welcome to the Free world Friends
Thank you 🙏 that’s actually my new wrangler .
@@3MISSISSIPPI That's a heck of a hog you're packing . You expect the north to attack again?
Little Annie Oakley and Dad please explain who that is.
It’s got snake shot in it
Ha ha ha! Those were my thoughts exactly! I drifted to "is that kid packing a Heritage? Dang! There is hope for American youth!"
Yall are really going to appreciate the fall weather in mississippi. Usually not too cold or too hot it is usually perfect
Nice 👍🏻
What an amazing, beautiful place. Ya'll are blessed and made the best decision!
Beyond blessed. Thank you 🙏
We all should be able to open carry , so nice to see a family that cares for each other
Agreed and thank you 🙏
Great video! A walking stick might be a good idea for balance on the uneven ground and to keep snakes and critters away.

Always keep an eye out for arrowheads and spearheads, especially in creek beds. And of course bad snakes. Maybe some poison ivy, poison oak.
Seeing Mike and Frankie walking with their guns like that on their hosters made it like old western movie thank you for the video
Love seeing a family packing heat! Go 3MS!!!
Pew pew 😉

Northern Mississippi in the old creek beds are great places to find arrowheads.

Nice creek dam up stones make water fall place hold more water stock with 🐟 bream ,bass, catfish and others
FOR wasp. Bees. Wait till dark. Night time. And take some spray and flash light. They cannot see you. I have done it that way for years. No problem
Make sure you check those creek bottoms for arrow heads, looks like a good place to find them.
That derivator we used black pipe black bike that was flexible And barbed wire And man do they work good job
Thank you so much for showing us her Creek and I’m so happy for
Spring ground cover flower Moss Rose deal moss rose can eat makes beautiful salad
Wow what a fun adventure you brought us along! Beautiful place you have.

If you smoke or dip tobacco, chew some tobacco and place on the sting, that will help pull out the infection but first make sure the stinger is out.
Checkout for arrowheads in that creek bottom.
