Cass and friends might help Sean get medical attention, but if he's in a coma it's unlikely they'll stick around for him. Though it would be kind of a waste seeing as they all got a fair bit of characterization. I'd at least expect that other religious guy who knows about Daniel's secret to be used for something.

Would be very lazy writing on Dontnods part and just prove that our choices don't matter. Cassidy should at least leave Sean a note or make a return at some point down the line. Jacob will almost definitely return, I'm sure.

All just there for one episode. Of course it's possible that we will see some of the characters in episode 5 again, but i don't think we will see Cass in this episode. If she would accompany Sean, we would have seen this in the trailer. Then she would have sat next to him in the car.
