I found the same path but on the passenger side. The carrier wire was a challenge since my radio or camera instructions explained it.

Yeah, I think the passenger side would be a bit easier without having to deal with the trunk and frunk release. It was just old habit from audio days running amp wires back, where I'd separate the power and signal lines on either side of the car. I just went drivers side since garage space didn't allow me to get to the passenger side unless I moved the car over.

Thanks for the video. Is there a camera quick connection at the bumper so the camera can be easily disconnected when the bumper is removed during maintenance/ exhaust work?

Any problem with the cable running where the top is stored? Do you just leave enough slack there so it won’t get entangled or compressed? Thanks for the video.

You can carefully place the cable where it does not interfere, or you can add a clip to hold it in place. My intent was to add a clip and do a short video to show this, but I ended up selling the car to a friend out of state and replaced it with a 996, so unfortunately I will not be able to make the follow up video.

Thanks, I took it thru the pass side and was able to take it under the plastic mold where the top stores when open. Out of the way, so I shouldn’t have any issues.

@@javnun4325 you should be good. I hope the video helped you during your project. I think it's a great addition to the car. Cars low to the ground can often be more difficult to see directly behind.

There was no yanking ever performed. It may appear that way on video. Everything pulls nice and easily. It's actually quite easy to run the wire
