I could use some help. I had a heat press arrive (my very first) and it didn't work. I took the back panel of the display off and saw several wires disconnected. What do you need in order to assist me with getting this thing running? I can take video of what's there.
I have two different heat press 1 is over heating and the other after switching the SSR Solid State Relay out is still not getting hot can you point me in the right direction?
@@3rdgenerationrichkid167it is completely missing. I had to fix where the wires go because 10 and 11 were switched. And 3 and 4 the area where screws go are empty, screws and wire missing.
Hello, So I have a brand new never used str8 outta the box heat press and its not heating up. I've unscrewed the plate and made sure the wires were all tightened and connected good. There's a light that won't go off, Its the "OUT" light. I feel thats the problem I need to fix. I also have 2 wires a Red & a Blue that came unconnected and I have No clue were or what to connect them too. Are they grounding wires, cause I'm not sure. Do you have an Email or Instagram I could contact you at. I really need help and have no clue how to fix it or what to do. Please if you could help me & Let me know how to get a hold of you. I'd appreciate it, Thanks - Ryan

That’s for reply ha dam I couldn’t find where to bolt it (will have another look) as I opened and seems to disconnected/loose (Can I attach to any of the bolts on it?) Everything else looks in order
@@3rdgenerationrichkid167 trust I know it would be high to ship, super heavy was trying to see if you was local, but press just stopped working, I'm following your video and looking in the back it looks just like the one in this video, but everything looks normal, no burned wires, I have had this one for a few years though, but it's my favorite lol
I’m having to change a few connectors on a few wires that connects to the on and off switch and also change the on and off switch. Does it matter which color wire is plugged to which prong on the on and off switch

There normally is a 30 amp fuse or switch in the machines ... I would do a 10 gauge wire

@@3rdgenerationrichkid167 the 1 over heating is a YF40 Heat Press Machine and the 1 not heating up is a Yonntech

My machine is missing the wire between 3 and 4. What do I buy to fix that? And will this cause it to say HHH and beep constantly?
Is the wire just only melted ... check the box ... to see if there is any damage

16,14 or even 12 ... just something heavier than 24

The yellow and green is a ground
It is bolted to the base of the frame

Is your fuse in the switch ... or is the fuse in the machine
It heats up but before it gets to 300 degrees it cuts off. It’s the orange switch in the side under the power switch.
I will try to figure out how to email you a picture.
