I'm fascinated by cemeteries and whenever it rains that's where I go! It's so peaceful and this video is incredible!! I wish the cemetery scene was in the background the full 8 hours. Happy Halloween!!

I have a cottage up north Michigan and my favorite thing is to kick back in my recliner next to a window and listen to the rain falling on the roof and walkway. this is just like being there!! Thanks

I live in a two bedroom apartment with two other people and my computer desk is set up in the main room. I write fiction and do a lot of graphics and digital painting work so noise cancellation is a pretty valuable thing for me, as someone else is usually within a few yards of my desk watching a show or working out. Thanks so much for this, it's a great video, great sound, and enjoyable, but not so distracting I can't focus on my work. Only a few certain rain videos seem to work for me, other than that the sounds of an airplane cabin seem to be the only functional noise cancellation.

I hope this doesn't seem silly, but I thought it would be really neat to set the mood with text and pull the sleeper/viewer in with a short story about the day, what made the storm/wind, etc the 'right' one to record. Seeing that personal touch right before heading to dreamland makes my sleep a much warmer, fuller experience. Thank you so much for these videos Brad. Throughout the last few years I've suffered some terrible tragedies but at night I've always found comfort in your videos. Allowing me to find a valley of serenity during the most damaging of times and sleep when rest was the last thing on my mind. I don't know you, but I owe you alot of gratitude.
Being raised up in a rural southern area I have seen many cemeteries as this one. There is nothing to me to be in this setting and the calming and soothing effect it has always had on me. I particularly like these videos for being so real with the rain and thunder. So peaceful.

Leatrice Gulbransen You are very welcome. I do not think I have spent a night in 15 years without background sound playing while I sleep. Tinnitus can be brutal but it is manageable.
Brad McBride Thank you for the hope ! I am sitting here with a major panic attack going on. I have no trouble sleeping. It's the daytime hours. The Tinnitus is recent. About 2 months. Your Nature sounds definitely help. But, if I'm not careful, I will crack. If you have any other advice on the positive, please, I need to hear it.
Leatrice Gulbransen I remeber when mine first started... it nearly drove me insane. All I can tell you is that you do get used to it and background masking sounds do help. Also... mine went away for about a year after the first few months. But it came back so yours might also fade away. Protect your ears!

I've been listening to Stormy Night for quite a while now, love the bell ringing 3 times; kinda threw me off at first! If I were to watch this video, I would be mesmerized by the rain streaming down the window. I work in a cemetery office; have always found cemeteries fascinating. Ours has the flush bronzes in the ground, so I enjoy going to older ones with the granite and stone markers. Much more character! Thank you for posting! :)

I really love this one though would love to have had the cemetery throughout the whole thing. When the white window comes up thats just a still shot its very bright in my room. I was loving the beginning though and the sound rocks, just wish for a loop on that cemetery scenes you had going. It was so unique and dark too. I think you should do a three hour long themed soundscape that's futuristic. Traveling through a future city with the ambiance, then have it move into some kinda building like a club or casino or some such. Make a story out of the sound that we can follow along too. Like your Ghost Town video beginning but with more to it.

If you pause the video and watch frame by frame, you might be able to tell that there are rain droplets hitting the glass and that this is indeed, a rain storm. I know because I can tell by the pixels and I have seen quite a few rain storms in my time.

Have other people been affected in a less than good way by listening to this video? I tried to listen last night and I had a nightmare. The rain sounded like frying grease in my dream and I kept having visions of four kids packed tightly into a small car. The car went off the road and the kids were crushed. And then they were burned when a fire started. I woke up feeling disoriented and confused. I usually love the rain and storms.

I used to work next to a cemetery that had beautiful trees, I would go over there and park and eat my lunch and read a book. It was very peaceful.

❤ You! my name is Stephani...please make my fantasy come true.... it's raining like the devil with crazy heavy thunder, I see a castle with a graveyard full of " little doggies😉" it's the 1800's, riff raff answers the door and gives me a quick tour, Vincent is in the library, the great Dr's are in the laboratory with their monsters, " the Shadows and " the man" are in the corner observing, Lee and Cushing are hunting something with mr. peter tagging behind and cats are everywhere. Bella and Gary are waiting for just the right moment ( playing rock, paper, scissors for firzt bite respectfully) I decide to tour the castle" alone". if you can make sounds to simulate that experience you are a living GOD 😀 and my hero!👃🖖
