She’s not evil, an accident happened, the child ate pills and was dead before they even realized. She freaked out and tried to cover it up. She didn’t even shake the baby and hurt it that way. The baby did it itself. I certainly wouldn’t give her years in jail, it was a tragedy. She certainly deserves a penalty for not reporting the death, for improper disposal of the body but she didn’t kill the baby. I would give her 10,000 hours of community service, 2,000 per year for the next 5 years. That is 40 hours per week for 50 weeks a year. She must use her celebrity to speak at schools, colleges, jails on the dangers of prescription drugs and how harm can come to your baby you love in the blink of an eye. She must use her fame to make the world a better place, as a full time job. Far better than her sitting in jail which helps no one.
@@RLucas3000 Willful neglect IS murder if it leads to the child's death. If given a slap on the wrist, then the cycle of celebrity adoptions would continue. For a child of that age to be unattended on the floor while your pills were dumped there without picking them up and expecting house keeping to clean up your mess, endangering a child's life and the ultimate death, deserves prison time..
She may not be cruel, but she's still evil. She didn't care about the child's wellbeing, didn't care wether it laughed or cried or was full or was starving. Yes, the death of the child was an accident, but it was one that was easily solved had she just picked up the pills. That's called Negligent Homicide. And to then have the child buried in an unmarked grave and take a different baby in its place? She may not be smiling as she watches the baby die, but her sheer disregard for its life so long as her image isn't tarnished is no less evil. No, no community service for her. Just a hard, cold cell.

I feel so bad for Christopher’s father in all this. To think you’re giving your son to a woman promising to give him a better life to not only take him back home after 3 days instead of at least a year and not letting him see his son (and when he saw that wasn’t his son i almost flipped bricks) but to be so negligent that you left your diet pills around for a kid could get to it and throwing your own nanny under the bus to clean up your mess you paid her to do has to taken a tremendous toll on him. Good story. But in real life? State you request an attorney and do not wish to be detained, you will remain silent and consent to no search. Then do not speak till the lawyer is on zoom or in person.
