Pretty solid collection, but I miss some of her thematic edge of past collections, the latest ones with the same oversizd tailoring and rouched dresses kinda feels the same over and over
It's missing an edge that's associated with the McQueen brand. I understand we can't expect her to have that story-like theme that Lee used to do but each season has been falling kind of flat lately. It's a lot of the same pieces over and over again as you mentioned.

This collection makes zero sense, the only thing that ties it together is the palette. You go from tailoring to (butt ugly) prom dresses, straight in to biker then into cheap Las Vegas sequins…

The one that Lee started in London when he was using his dole money to buy fabrics to build collections that would provoke, challenge and be authentic to his vision? Or are you talking about the dna from a blood transfusion where Sarah is trying to balance a very fine line of finding her own vision, bringing in Lee’s vision and then trying sell products to appease Kering? On a whole I am big supporter of Sarah, I couldn’t even imagine the kind of pressure she is under, but for the last few seasons there has been no heart in the collections, this one is exactly what I am talking about, it seems to be very tick box.
