It's high time we need to support Indian economy.Why ourselves giving profit to a japanese,german,American brands.Let our hard earned money circulate within India,lets support Indian brands and upcoming Indian entrepreneurs.India has huge market potential like China due to its huge population.If Indians start spending money in Indian brands there will be less capital drain.
These japanese brands are making huge profit (more price when compared to competetiors in the same segment)from our economy just by its brand name.
I wonder why this generation Indians feel inferior to buy an Indian product?? Why we have such inferiority complex??
Once Americans and Europeans considered japanese products as low quality inferior choices in 1960s.Because those companies like suzuki honda yamaha toyota nissan sony etc got huge support from japanese people and government.They had given these companies a chance to showcase their capability.Likewise Korean brands like hyundai cars etc was considered as inferior in 1990s.But now they are not inferior.
To improve our standard of living (atleast for our next generation) we should support Indian economy.
Selling a underpowered 180cc honda bike at a price tag of 200cc and without dual ABS , liquid cooling(atleast they should have provided oil cooling) with some useless marketing gimmicks to fool the ones who have inferiority complex in buying Indian brands doesn't make a sense.Majority Honda Yamaha bikes and scooters in India have very low compression ratios thus there will be less vibrations from engine thereby more refinement and feels smooth but they are terribly underpowered like FZ 150(power and torque similar to pulsar 125 and new Glamour).This is the most common gimmick among the japanese in Indian bike market.I am not lieying you may check the compression ratio of yamaha honda suzuki bikes yourselves.These japanese brands are good at marketing,they provide an additional feature like variable valve actuation in a 150cc motorcycle like R15,mt15 etc just for marketing gimmicks.Its more practical and economical to make it 200cc and adjust the intake for a more flat torque curve as seen in RTR 200.(King of 200cc in city).I personally own a 200ns it would catch RTR on a highway not in city speeds)
NS160 with 17bhp ,1604V ,XTREME 160R could be compared to this hornet 2.0.Honda should reduce the price of hornet.There should be less demand from Indians for these japanese brands so they will eventually reduce the price.
Do you guys know that Japanese economic growth is related to economic growth in developing countries like India,Brazil etc.They are munching much profit from India.Just google how Chinese giants(Chinese state owned car companies)now manufactures the most no of cars in the world and they are now pumping money to acquire foreign brands like VOLVO,MG,BENELLI etc. This is possible by Chinese due to their huge profit from selling cars in their domestic market.China is the largest manufacturer of cars.Domestic consumption of their own products will circulate profit within their country thus increasing GDP exponentially .Thats why Modi is promoting Local For Vocal.So it's high time we support Indian products.Dont let India be a tech colony colonised by Japanese korean chinsmese Americans and Germans.We Indians shouldn't feel inferior to own an INDIAN brand.Feel proud to own a TATA,HERO,BAJAJ,RE,MAHINDRA ,TVS etc.
Anyway RTR 200 and NS200 will smoke out this Honda's marketing gimmick in seconds.We should force honda to make a 200cc at this price,for that just don't buy these marketing gimmicks like 2.0,Activa 6G.This gradually reduces the demand thus they will be forced to reduce the price.
