so Matt didnt actually play this on a 7 string. he recorded it on a baritone guitar. my guess is he'll play a 7 string live but it was recorded on a baritone

@@twiztidlife66 yeah he uses a 7 string for almost everything else but one of the guys i work with used to record at the studio muse records at and hes still friends with matt's sound guy. i wanted to know which 7 string he uses for it so i had him ask, and Aleks said it was a baritone.

Yes, you can. You need to tune your guitar in Drop A (A E A D F# B). Or just tune your low E string to low A since the Matt only uses the low A string in this song.
