HG break the standards for this time since most of the operators that were being released in christmast always get a skin in anniversary event. It's good thing that the chance Degenbrecher may getting her skin is sooner, copium.

She have a good skill, can push and can bind.. But she need ammo for attacking (Archetype Hunter like Coldshot). This archetype is bad, for example against enemies who come in groups.
We don’t even fully know her skills yet, she might fully load ammo or have good enough rotation to handle groups (although tbf the archetype seems to specialize in high ST damage anyways).
