I have ZWO in Florida. I only set it to -10C. It can’t do -20C in warmer weather. ‘Under the impression cooling the sensor provides diminishing returns below -10C anyhow. A “clear” sky is more important than cooling below-10C.
That would be great if that happens, I were thinking about going down the Stellarmate route as using the mini PC is just a complete nightmare, but the Stellarmate app has its issues so now I shall wait & see what happens
that would be awesome. ZWO has a great ecosystem and their products are high quality, but their quality control is awful so you always seem to be gambling with them and you just have to hope you don’t get a bad unit and have to deal with their terrible customer service. so a second option would be fantastic for the community, and may get people like myself out of the standalone camera/guider/mount zone and start integrating everything together
@@TheNarrowbandChanneli think the Stellarmate or Astroberry Route isn‘t that hard. Personaly I will go the Linux Mint Debian Edition Mini PC Route. This way I can run multiple Setups with one Mini PC on different users.
@@josk5389 that's not for everybody :) a simple Mele quieter 3 or 4 (built in wifi and usb3.2 and usb-c powered )with nina on it would it... then windows remote desktop ..very simple

Diminishing yes but still a return and it is free.

That would be exciting.

I’m in China right now and they launched today (it’s called AstroStation) the price is 1500rmb… I will buy one to see if it’s good or not 🤞🏼
@@raikou1989thanks for sharing, i’m excited to see!
works great, have 2 of them for the price of 1 zwo
I never used one!
If setting a mini PC is a nightmare, you are in the wrong hobby...
It's just something the average person does not want to deal with. getting the hobby to more people is about making it more accessible.
