Thank you for this recording! I just read that passage and wanted commentary on why God asked Elijah that question twice and why he brought him to the mount just to tell him to go back. But 2 things stuck out: 1) that we should be careful when we want God to shake up the rocks in our life and 2) that sometimes God needs us to go back to where we were supposed to be. This is an eye opener that you cannot think of yourself better others when God's grace is shinning on you. Storms of life can strike at any time but your trust in God should still stand. The day you start depending on your own without consulting the master planner you will be isolated and enter into depression. I learnt something about counselling skills. God did not rebuke Elijah when he was experiencing significant life event but gave him food and put him to sleep so he can re-energise his whole system that will bring back his memory.
Quran 4:159 refers to Elijah/Elias. And who is best to explain such prophecy or matter but Elias himself, the reincarnated Elijah, by God's authority.
