- When I started this podcast, I had a list of people I was dying to sit down with. And one of them was the very beautiful (and very pregnant) reality TV princess, Stassi Schroeder. We all know her from Vanderpump Rules and her two hit podcasts. But I’m so glad we sat down when we did because this episode goes so far beyond who we think Stassi is. We talk about being Hollywood club rats, how I straight up do not care about the ‘Scandoval,’ and getting as far away from reality TV as possible.

As much as I’ve been invested in scandoval I’m really glad they didn’t talk about it and really focused on Stassi’s life and her journey to the present. I love these two ❤ I do hope to see them both on my tv again one day, where they have more control over the narrative.

Stassi is killing me here lol. LOVE HER! Please someone reminder her though that Laguna beach season 1 aired when she and I where juniors in HS. 2004/2005 school year (showing the last semester of 2004 school year). She was NOT 13 or 14 when she first watched LB ... she was 16 going on 17 hahah. Kristin is a year above us in school. Stassi was born June 1988. Kristin Jan 1987.

I don't think she's lying here! Stassi is mid-late 88 but Kristin is early 87, first season of Laguna - Kristin wasn't a senior she was a junior so probably 16-17. Stassi was most likely 14 turning 15

Wow, This was 👩🏻🍳💋 I’m 51 & tried to watch Laguna Hills when it 1st started, while I was doing laundry with my 3 1/2yr old kid, & it was ok. But, I didn’t care for Kristin. Same with Vanderpump. I started watching years ago and I couldn’t stand Stassi. Loved her sass, but hey, it also was reality TV. Fun shows! Anyways, I stuck with RHNY.
I just want to say how beautiful and refreshing this podcast was! So nice to see the both of you, grown up and beautiful inside and out. Hearing you admit mistakes, feel cringe at *some* of the past, but own it and own how much you have grown into really beautiful, smart women with great heads in your shoulders with your amazing lives. Sinceresly. So nice to hear.
Sure, I don’t know who you ladies are personally, but I just started listing to your podcasts, thanks to Bethenny’s, & now, I enjoy your podcasts way better!! Don’t get me wrong, Bethenny can be a smart woman & I have loved her forever, just saying, your podcasts are more fun, real and full of laughs. There’s good back & forth dialogue. Not all one sidedness. SO REFRESHING!! So thank you, for grabbing my ADD brain for a bit to help me get some house work done while having some good laughs! Oh my gosh when Kristin was like love letters from her sons it hit me so hard!! My son is 14 now and he’s a teenager but I remember when he first got a phone and an iPad (yes I spoil my kids especially my son because I had him at 17 so I kinda grew up with him and he’s just my best friend) he would text me the sweetest things about how much he loves me and what a great mommy I am… just melt my whole heart!!

I literally still have my box sets of Laguna beach season one n two my husband got me from a pawn shop n it costed alot of money even at the pawn shop in 2010. Its one of my prized possessions I own. Season three I didn't care for it sucked. Kristen n Lauren I adore til this day. Thats why i love doute she is also reality TV gold!
Granted I have 10 years on you ladies but you both are so much like me towards relationships. Totally happy on my own but did remarry 9 years ago. Finally a guy who I can totally be myself with plus I didn't settle I made sure we have the chemistry and compatibility before I took vows. Some guys are too insecure to approach top shelf, beautiful women, which is why I approached my now husband first. You can still allow a guy to court you, even if you approach them first. Just show that you are interested & I later found out that the reason he didn’t approach me first was bc he felt I was out of his league, he deemed himself a nerd & that I’d never be interested in a guy like him.. but he was wrong. I was finally at a point in my life where I was ready to date a good guy. I was done with assholes & it just worked out!
