    You must have worked very hard on this video. It's so many little clips to edit together. I like how you showed us the house and how you get there. The waterfall was literally so beautiful! Yes, disgusting that people litter there. I don't think anyone in America has a standard/dedicated fish grill in their kitchen. As always your videos are so soothing. Thank you for making them.

    So you were digging up wasabi root, I wondered, but it also looks like ginger

      I think you are correct that it is ginger. Wasabi is one a plant that has one long root. Almost like a very fat green carrot. I just read that ginger is a sort of wasabi used when eating sushi. As a palate cleanser.

      I actually think they might be jerusalem artichokes? Sometimes they're called sunchokes?

      ​@harvestmoon_autumnsky I did a Google (as I probably should have done last night) you're correct and it's all very new to me I only knew about globe artichoke which grows above ground
