My guess is that parts of the other endings in Security Breach are canon, but they are different nights and not endings. So Princess Quest 3 is essentially night 7 and the ending.

My opinion is Michael has to be dead. In the logbook (which is almost definitely set during FNAF 3), Michael writes that he will be dead in the "where do you see yourself in 5 years" section. Seeing as FNAFPS is set a few years after FNAF 3, it's likely Mike was willing to move on and died in the fire

Bro the answer of who is the crying child, and who is cassidy is litteraly being shown in the books!
I forgot the book name, but in that story there are two kid soul who posses the same body, the one kid is possessing the head, and the other kid is possessing the body, and in that story the kid who possessing the head is the one who can control everything while the kid who possessing the body can't do anything about it because his power is not powerful as the kid who posses the head.
And from that story, we can use that story to identify which one is representing cassidy and the crying child based on a two entity talking to each other in the fnaf survival logbook, and that two entity is talking like they are possessing the same body, where the person who possesses the head can see everything and control everything, while the person who possesses the body can't see anything and can't do anything when the person who possesses the head is active.
AND THAT STORY IS LINE UP WITH YOUR THEORY WHERE THE GREGORY IS CASSIDY AND FREDDY IS THE FREAKING CRYING CHILD!
and bro in the game, whenever gregory gets inside of freddy body hatch, we as a player who play gregory can fully controls freddy's movement as we want, and i think freddy can't move on its own when gregory is in control, but when gregory is outside freddy, he can move on its own.
also in the burntrap ending where gregory and freddy meet the blob while gregory inside of freddy, freddy said "these are my friend i will protect you all, but I'M NOT MYSELF" while gregory is in control of freddy...
also it's weird where this is the only part of the game where you must get inside of freddy all the time when you walk pass the blob, while the other part of the game is letting you choose if you want to get inside of freddy or not to try avoid the enemies.
