- Hi Everyone 👋🏽. In this video, we are making our version of Keto Scalloped Potatoes. Instead of using potatoes, we are using rutabaga. We have used rutabaga before when we made rutabaga fries.
Rutabaga is actually really tasty, it has a light flavour, with a touch of natural sweetness. It's a low-carb vegetable that isn't very expensive and makes a great side dish. If you end up trying this recipe and made any changes, share them with us!
Cheese Sauce Ingredients;
2 Tablespoons of butter
1 Tablespoon of almond flour
2 Cups of Cream
2 Cups of Shredded Cheese
Stir over medium heat until it is all blended together and a bit thicker.
