- This French Market Estate sale was so fun that we went two days in a row!
Most of the Estate sales that I find in our area are on Estatesales.org. This one was actually tilted "French Market"! How could I resist?
Once there, we found out that it was actually a sale from a former European antique store, that I used to love to browse in!
Even though the prices were generally out of my budget, I still loved to visit for all of the inspiration and just to be surrounded by all of the vintage home decor!
Now that I scored some great home decor from their former store, I can't wait to visit the new one their daughter is opening! I hope to take you along with me for that.

You got some amazing stuff!! I luv the grape tray, and the cow/pig plates! and the 2 cone planters- I think those would make beautiful wall sconces with lights in them! Awesome finds!!

I saw someone use cones upside down as "Christmas trees", those 3 could be interesting (fairy lights inside?). The wooden handle basket is Asian. Rush seats on the chairs. 2 glass vases are for rooting plant cuttings. 😊 Great haul!👍
(I'm a retired florist and a very long time collector/picker) Yes, I collect tole trays, and have 2 shaped exactly like the rectangular one you showed. Mine have coled flowers and fruit. Cheers!

❤️ Amazing haul. I just found four white cabbage leaf bowls, I think they are oversized salad bowls, and four matching white large dinner plates at an estate sale. They look amazing layered with my green cabbage leaf plates. Love all of your finds!!

What a fun video! I’m so glad you went to that French market sale so we could see all the beautiful things that you purchased. I loved everything but I have to say, and this was a hard choice, that the rusty metal lamp just made my jaw drop.WOW!!! I always enjoy your videos because you share with us a lot of information and ideas of how you will use and decorate with the items that you purchase. Thanks for the info on the new make up that you tried. I also like the less is better look when it comes to make-up!1

Great scores! I love your style. I think the French candle holders were fab!! The toile flower lamps are the boom! And great find on the faux Staffordshire dogs, super cute.
Those mesh cones - I would use them as cloches in the garden, instead of hanging them on the wall. They would be great to protect young plants from pests like certain insects or mice, gophers, etc. Even using as cloches would give your garden a French Country feel.

Years ago I went to many Marshall’s and TJMax for “majolica” style dish ware from Portugal because I fell in love with the look.❤️
There is a French Antique store locally that I like to browse through. They always have the most beautiful Majolica, and I’m always on the lookout for it at a price that I’m willing to pay! 🤣😍

Try a rubberband around the bottom of each candle to give them a smidge more girth!

Loved it all! I would have been OUT OF CONTROL 😜🤩we love crows too! I suspect however that your carved crow is one of the hobby lobby Halloween crows especially if you think it’s resin... he’s so handsome either way!!! We had a French market shop nearby before and same here.. mostly looking and admiring! Not buying 😂

My living estate sale in 2018 was INMCREDIBLE for the buyers - their lucky day! My husband was diagnosed cognitive decline and we could no longer keep up 5-acre of extensive gardens, pole barn, pool and pool house,. chickens, a papermaking/studio business and needed to move to a condo and downsized MAJORLY!

Lab ware vases ,my thought too! Drooling over punch bowl size piece from India! Set a beautiful silk plant arrangement or already potted plant into!

Great haul! My favorites were the concrete candleholders and the tray with the grapes.
The Made in India silver bowl would be pretty to hold pine cones in the fall/winter, Shiny Brite ornaments at Xmas, your favorite seashells in summer, colored eggs at Easter, etc.
I would make those wire plant hangers into Christmas trees. I love to craft.

I would check on the botanical print to see if it's an original. The "15" on the top left hand corner could mean that it's print #15 by the artist. Your thrifted items are just beautiful! The pricing is very reasonable too! When you were showing your booth -- I have those white dishes -- I have a set of 12 and they are over 40 years old. They never go out of style.
Love the mesh cones! I would put sphagnum moss with trailing ivy and hang. Saw some in a basket cone with trailing plants at a b&b here in Montana. I have been looking for some ever since! Glad you found them! Watching you from Montana susan

All of the items you bought are newer reproductions sold wholesale at gift market to retail stores. You paid way way less than what the wholesale cost was. She must have really wanted to clear out her storage room. Wow. She lost money on all of it. I loved it all. I didn't even see anything vintage and nothing antique. I have Foo Dogs from China but yours are not Foo, just cute. Many of us would have died to attend that sale.
We could never go shopping together, we'd be fighting over the items. You scored at this sale.

What a haul! Can’t help but wonder if a Glass punch bowl would fit down in that piece made in India that says not to use for food. We use punch bowls for everything but punch... salad, cold pastas, fruit etc.. maybe🤔🥗

Oh how bout it, I only had to walk three houses down at that time my neighbor taught art classes in her basements & taught tole when learning how to got popular, rather than only purchasing items tole painted 🌻
