Wiring a Dimmer switch for a GD Reflection 150 226RK

This vide shows how to replace a on/off light switch with a dimmer switch. The wires were a little confusing at 1st but once I identified the "Hot Wire" it was easy to find the ground wire. When removing the existing on/off switch pay close attention to the wires that go up to the light and the wires going down in the wall. The hot wire will be coming from the floor in wall and the light fixtures wires will be coming from the ceiling the wall. I mention the white wire was ground but it was really the negative wire going to the lights. I hope this video of the wiring isn't too confusing.
