There are some pretty gym stories from the Predator production. Such as Arnold struggling to find a workout partner among the staff after a few said yes to him. Apparently working out with Arnold was worse than boot camp.

Question for you guys, is there anyway you can give me a workout to put on at least 20 pounds of muscle within two to three months, as long as a nutrition plan.? 35 years old, five foot eight, current weight, roughly 180 pounds.

What a lot of people dont know is that Arnold did very short rest between sets. In alternating excersies he did one arm than directly the next side. On normal excersises he did only 15 seconds rest. Gregg Valentino who saw by his own eyes how he did it. So i assume that is the way how arnold did it. So this workout would only be 1 hour.
Personally I think an arm isolation day would be boring AF. At least when I am doing 8 sets of squats with varying rep ranges I feel like I am earning something. Plus squats make your whole body grow and get strong. But I know you don't hear a ton of guys say they love squats over curls. :D
OMG this was hilarious! It was the perfect opportunity though for some of that 80s parody production. Haven't seen much of that lately. I feel like you dudes are the same age as me (child of the 80s) and would be a blast to hang with and “let off some steam". Then again, you're from Cali so you could be liberal hippies. In any case, keep up the good work. Crush your workout, spend too much time in the gym, and feel the lamentation of your muscles!
the reason why i clicked on this video was because of the terminator. not cuz im a big fan, i mean it was one of the greatest movies ever made! but my idea that we are trying to go back to being a beast you know the saying "unleash the beast" and yeah i like that saying its motivating. but we are humans with the ability to adapt quickly. and yet we are trying to train backwards, when we should be training forward we live in an area of technology, we should train like machines. we can still be a beast and be a machine at the same time. explosive, control, speed, power, attack and defense, and of cours intel.
