Thanks for sharing . Its sad you had to go through what you did. I can fully sympathize with you , I am living experience of multiple suicide attempts, first generation Australian in the 60, and sexually abused multiple times. I can tell you from my experiences there is light at the end of the tunnel, and i do hope you have people you can rely on in your down times.

I would like to tell people my story about suicide how the older generation have bottled up a lot yet the facade still exists.there is a common saying "build a bridge and get over it" , " get a mouth full of concrete and get over it" These are so common being said in the work place. I did this for many years I did harden up BUT in my late 50s I fell apart.I was trapped in the suicidal mode and thought there was no future. I turned to cycling to keep alive. I have always said without the bike I would not be here.
Rosiel has a lot of respect from me. she has lived experience an has educated herself to PHD and so on , This is the type of psychologist / educator you can talk at the same level as the person who is the middle of a crisis.hope that makes sense. My experience with psychologist was terrible untill I found someone like Rosiel that has LIVED experience.
